Week Two

We continue our journey and explorations

  1. Demand The Best From Yourself.
    Commit to yourself that you’re going to get what you’ve come here for. You’re here to get everything you can (and more) from this program. I’m ready to serve you, and I need you to take personal responsibility for ensuring you get what you need from me. 

  2. Ask for What You Need.
    If there’s something that you want to know, ask. If there’s something that doesn’t make sense, say so. If you’re not getting what you need, let me know. Be clear about whatever you need so I can serve you better.

  3. Play full out.
    This is an opportunity to make a profound shift in your work and your life as a whole. Get involved. Try things out. Be visible. Connect with your fellow Keto coaches and post on the private Facebook group. You have everything to gain and nothing to lose by doing so. 

  4. Treat this as an experimental learning laboratory.
    You can treat this program and the next 6 months of your life as an experimental learning laboratory where you’re allowed to try things out and see what happens. And one of the most important results is this: you’re going to learn!  Not only are you going to be affect others, don’t be surprised when you are changed as well.
